OPEN HOUSE ANNOUNCED FOR UPCOMING DENVER FORECLOSED HOME AUCTION
IRVINE, Calif. – Thousands of registered home bidders will have the opportunity to view the homes they will purchase in the upcoming foreclosed home auction. Industry leader Real Estate Disposition Corporation (REDC) has announced that their final Open House will be held on Saturday, May 10 and Sunday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The following homes will also be on display for the media to shoot May 3 and May 4:

REDC will kick-off its huge two-day Denver foreclosed auction event on Saturday May 17; over 300 homes are expected to be sold making it one of the largest foreclosed home auctions in Denver’s history. Homes that were previously valued at $1,100,000 will have starting bids of only $319,000.
With rock-bottom prices and interest rates the lowest they’ve been in years, prospective home buyers are taking the opportunity to get a great deal on a home that was out of their reach just one year ago. REDC, which has already shattered its own record in home sales twice in the past six months, expects this year to dwarf others in comparison.
